LifeBridge Health is seeking an experienced compensation professional to manage system-wide programs including nonunion, union and executive compensation.  Located at Sinai Hospital, the position researches, designs and implements base salary and incentive plans, for nursing, Allied Health and administrative positions across six entities, in support of the system’s goals. Working in the highly competitive healthcare industry, the Manager will review/revise current plans for market competitiveness and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Conducts, participates in and analyzes salary surveys, and presents information to management and executives. As a "hands-on" leader, the position also manages and develops the staff of two compensation professionals.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus five - seven years of progressively more-responsible compensation experience in design, analysis, budgeting and incentive pay. Healthcare experience, including pay practices for a 24/7 operation, is highly preferred. Must be PC proficient and experienced in presenting and discussing compensation programs and practices to employees, management and executives.
